Important Notice:
We do not accept any editing of orders once they are placed. Please make sure all information is correct before submitting an order. We are not responsible for any orders that are lost or delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
Return Eligibility:
We accept returns on most items within 14 calendar days of receipt, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Final sale, clearance and sale items are not eligible for return.
Note: Some items, such as personalized, are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us: Email us at info@bloomsandbeesco.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: If your return is accepted we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Pack Your Item: Carefully package the item to prevent damage during shipping.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. We. recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure they are returned safely. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or stolen by the delivery company chosen and will not authorize refunds if item is not received.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will not honor any damage claims after 3 days of receipt of the product. We are not responsible for any damage caused by the delivery service.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods . We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you accidentally received the wrong item we will exchange the item at no cost to the customer. Please contact us at info@bloomsandbeesco.com with your name, order number and a photo of the item that was received in error and we will contact you within 24-48 hours to rectify our mistake. Exchange will be sent out within 1 business day of the receipt of the item that was sent out in error.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return please contact your financial institution.
