Shipping Methods
Shipping methods and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.
Processing Times
We require between 3-5 business days on average to fulfill your oder and transport it to our carrier's sort facility. Some items may take longer around major holidays (up to 10 business days), or if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Once your oder has begun processing we are unable to make any changes (including address changes). We will only ship to the address provided at check-out.
We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and be received on different dates due to availability of the products.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey. For some shipping companies, it can take several days for the tracking information to update in the system. We do not have control over the package or tracking updates once the package is in the hands of the shipping company. If there are any questions in regards to shipping delays after the your order has been given to the carrier, please contact them directly.
Deliveries
Shipping time varies by region. Specific delivery dates are not provided nor guaranteed. These are our estimates for your reference:

While we do all that we can to make sure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, etc. and these interruptions can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages:
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received or, please report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier.
Note: We utilize timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests and we may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported.
Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure the shipping address entered is correct before. submitting an order. We are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed. If the order has already been processed through our shipping department, we cannot retrieve if for an address change.
International Shipping:
We do not offer international shipping at this time. We hope to offer this option on the near future.

We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services will signify your acceptance of the updated terms.
